Did i have a heart attack or is it just anxiety or me being anemic? - anemic causes more condition_symptoms

In recent months, I started with chest pains for a while time.Once painful, while the school was pushed deep pain of a sore left arm (I never thought it could) be heart problem, and later 4th Sat July about two months it happened again while I was down watching TVI had been in the emergency room 4 times in less than a month ago and the pain was while wearing a Holter (heart monitor).
I had 3.4 EKG / Eck made me and everyone said that was normal.
And my doctor and all doctors in the emergency room said my EKG was normal.

Is this normal or is the doctor to lie? Or is it anxiety, depression recently, and it is causing such pain, anemia often?
