Do i need a thumb insert for my bowling ball? - for my bowling thumb
I think the thumb hole bowling ball grab big and I took the ball hard, which hurt my hand and hurt my swing. Do I have to put your finger? I know I am not so hard to grasp with the thumb, or is there another solution?
